Paul Brady
Paul Brady earned his bachelor’s degree in music with an emphasis in Piano Performance from Western Oregon University in 1994. He moved to Astoria in 2012 and began teaching piano at the Astoria Conservatory of Music the following year. Since then, Paul has expanded his career working as a rehearsal pianist and performing with many local groups such as the Lower Columbia Q Choir and Cascadia Chamber Opera. He also accompanies students for competitions and local performers for various events. In 2019, Paul was the pianist for the jazz/classical “Between Friends”, a benefit concert for the Charlene Larsen Center for the Performing Arts.
In addition to these endeavors, Paul plays guitar in a musical duo project with his partner Jesse, accompanying her while she sings boss-nova classics. In August of 2022, Paul accepted the position of accompanist for North Coast Chorale. The Chorale is excited to have him!
